~ Befriend - in order to help the homeless individual's situation, we get involved in their lives. We're in a position to help when they're ready to change their circumstance.
~ Evaluate - Not all homeless situations are the same, so we identify the specific need and direct them to the help and resource needed.
~ Rehabilitate - the homeless individual who have complete a rehabilitation program (and having a clear head) will be able to rejoin main steam society. The Potter's Work is able to offer a training program in the automobile industry, getting them the job they need and break the cycle of homelessness .

~ Elevate - the cycle of homelessness needs to be broken. Often the homeless individual gets out of the hospital, a sobriety program or even jail and they go back to what they know and the people (so called friends) and are back to the same place and situation and the cycle continues. We hope to bring hope to the homeless have them see their need for God's intervention in their lives.
